Building a Learning Environment from the Ground Up

Challenge
Create a scalable learning environment for an organization that did not yet have a formal training infrastructure.

What I Did
I helped build the learning environment from scratch, including LMS selection, vendor evaluation, learning strategy, program design and implementation. I also developed structured learning pathways and supported the creation of a multi-course micro-credential program.

Impact
Established a repeatable learning infrastructure that supported ongoing employee development and created a stronger foundation for scalable training delivery.

Role-Based Learning for Enterprise Transformation

Challenge
Support a large-scale transformation involving thousands of employees across hundreds of different roles, with little room for performance error.

What I Did
I helped design role-based learning experiences that combined LMS assignment, microlearning, targeted learning resources and assessment to prepare employees for new workflows and responsibilities.

Impact
Supported readiness across a large, complex workforce by aligning learning to role requirements and reinforcing critical knowledge before implementation.
