I help organizations transform how people learn, work and adopt new technology — combining learning strategy, artificial intelligence and change management to improve performance and accelerate adoption.

Faced with developing 40 instructor-led training programs under aggressive timelines, I designed and refined an AI-powered workflow that transforms source material, learning requirements and brand standards into facilitator-ready PowerPoint lessons. I then converted the workflow into a reusable preset that enables instructional designers to generate branded lessons without advanced prompting skills — reducing development effort by approximately 75%.
