I’m a learning transformation and AI enablement specialist with a background spanning instructional design, higher education, enterprise learning, digital transformation and hospitality.

My work focuses on helping organizations move from traditional learning approaches to more scalable, technology-enabled ways of working. I combine learning strategy, AI, change management and performance consulting to design solutions that improve capability, efficiency and adoption.

Across my career, I’ve built learning ecosystems, launched LMS platforms, designed national training programs, supported large-scale transformation initiatives and developed AI-enabled workflows that significantly reduce development time.

What connects all of that work is a simple focus: helping people learn faster, work smarter and adapt confidently to change.
