My focus is not simply on introducing AI tools. I design workflows, resources and learning experiences that help people understand where AI adds value, use it confidently and integrate it into everyday processes.

AI Workflow Design — identifying repetitive or inefficient work and redesigning it with AI-enabled processes, prompts and presets.

AI for Learning — using AI to improve the speed, consistency and scalability of instructional design, content development and performance support.

The Challenge
Develop 40 instructor-led learning programs under aggressive timelines while maintaining consistent instructional quality and brand standards.

The Solution
I designed and refined an AI-powered workflow that transforms source material, learning requirements and brand guidance into facilitator-ready PowerPoint lessons. I then converted the workflow into a reusable preset so instructional designers could use the process without advanced prompting skills.
